One remark:
The new watch, while it works, dropped possible file extension.
Usually, even if github has only gz, you keep the complete list.

Otherwise, ok and uploaded.

I had withdrawn for the reason that the 'uscan --download' command, came bz2
tarball as default.

Where I had difficulty making the packaging with this bz2 tarball for lack of
knowledge. :(
